When it comes to “the business,” there are a lot of things that set us apart. We are proud of the bonds we share, but we embrace our differences. An article entitled “Raising the Stakes,” just published by the Los Angeles Business Journal, features our unique company and why we stand out in a very crowded field.

We are wholly dedicated to our team and our profitability model is a reflection of this dedication. At its inception, Partners Trust made a commitment to make each associate and employee a partner in the company. Our model promotes loyalty within the company, as each member of the team has a literal stake in its success.

Our growth and achievements over the past year are a great reward for the risks we’ve taken. We currently have 30 associates in our Brentwood office and will open our next office, located in Beverly Hills, in the fall. Our ranking among the “Top 75 Places to Work In Los Angeles” highlighted our employee satisfaction and anyone who has been to the office can speak of its energy and all around “good vibes.”
